InfantSEE®

TSO Kerrville is proud to be a member of the American Optometric Association and to be enrolled as InfantSEE® providers. This is a one-time service which offers early detection of potential eye and vision problems at no cost regardless of income or ability to pay.

Infants between the ages of 6 and 12 months are eligible for a free eye exam. The optometrist will conduct a series of eye tests for babies to examine vision health and visual development.

The good news is that most of the time, the baby’s vision is perfect, and the results of this eye exam merely serve as a baseline for the future. However, in some cases, important eye conditions are detected, like this touching video of a baby who needed glasses.
